Position Title: Environmental Services Supervisor
Location: Chelsea Wellness Center
Type: Part Time Plus (30-39 Hours Per Week and Includes Full Benefits)

The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision to the Environmental Services/Locker Room Associates in maintaining the upkeep of the facility with consistent standards of order, cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide supervision and oversight to the Environmental Services/Locker Room Associates as it relates to all services and activities within the Environmental Services Associate job description.
2. Respond to member feedback with a high level of professionalism.
3. Work towards achieving established satisfaction metrics such as Secret Shops and Member Surveys and provide coaching and direction to achieve threshold scores in areas of facility cleanliness.
4. Have complete knowledge and operation of equipment in the laundry room and housekeeping department.
5. Assist with inventory and ordering of locker room, laundry and cleaning supplies.
6. The ability to lift wet linens and cleaning supplies up to 25 lbs.
7. Provide regular feedback, write and conduct interim and annual performance reviews.
8. Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings.
9. Assist with department work schedules and timecards.
10. Assist with hiring and training all Environmental Services associates.
11. Work Manager on Duty shifts as assigned.
12. The ability to be flexible and accommodating as it relates to center hours and work schedules.
13. Demonstrate complete knowledge of emergency and safety procedures and confidence communicating with EMS.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s and/or Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Certified in Pool Operations (CPO) preferred.
- CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire (provided by Power Wellness)
- Must possess excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and the ability to work with members in a positive, service-based manner.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor.
- Proficient computer skills.
