Our facility is managed by Power Wellness Management, a company that specializes in managing state-of-the-art medically integrated health and fitness centers. Power Wellness is a medical fitness industry pioneer who improves the lives of clients with a unique and customized approach to medical fitness center development and management. Their turnkey method takes away the stress of the development and management process allowing clients to focus on other areas of their business.
The Community Liaison is responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships within the community, facilitating networking opportunities, and promoting a culture of wellness among Rolla residents and our members to improve overall health. Additionally, the Community Liaison will drive new sales prospects, facilitate membership enrollments, Medical Integration enrollment, and actively represent and promote the center within the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with a wide variety of people, including healthcare providers and community members, to foster networking opportunities.2. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage relationships and track communications effectively.3. Proficiently sell memberships and all ancillary services including but not limited to personal training, other ancillary services, and medically integrated programs to achieve departmental and organizational goals.4. Act as a key communication liaison between the center and referral sources and serve on the Medical Advisory Committee as needed to ensure alignment with healthcare initiatives.5. Achieve volume and financial budget expectations for medically integrated programs and monitor membership metrics to meet established goals.6. Collaborate with the center membership team to assist in the transition of participants to membership following completion of medically integrated programs.7. Oversee and ensure compliance with provider approval and clearance procedures, as well as pre- and post-program assessments for medically integrated programs.8. Represent The Centre’s fitness programs and services in the community by hosting events, attending off-site events (such as health fairs, corporate events), and delivering speaking engagements to share program information and generate office and/or employer appointments, service contracts, and memberships.9. Generate outbound communication (phone and email) to local businesses and organizations to create opportunities for face-to-face appointments promoting The Centre’s corporate wellness offerings.10. Conduct face-to-face appointments with office managers and executives to educate them on the benefits of establishing a corporate wellness program with The Centre.11. Track all activity and results in Salesforce to ensure accurate data collection and performance analysis.12. Grow the number of corporate partners and increase the participation rate from each partner in the corporate wellness program at The Centre.13. Work closely with center staff to create a seamless transition for participants joining The Centre and engaging in wellness programs, both at the center and remotely.14. Participate in regular meetings with the Sales Home Team and Center Director (including Director of Sales, Sales Manager, and Sales and Marketing Manager) to evaluate performance, share insights, and discuss strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: -High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university in sales, marketing or a health-related field preferred.-A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or fitness/wellness industry preferred, preferably in a fitness facility.-CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.-Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with members in a positive service-based manner.-Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor.-Proficient computer skills.-Excellent sales, marketing, writing, presentation and organizational follow up skills required.
