Sales Representative

Power World in Granby, Colorado seeks a qualified, full-time Sales Representative. The ideal candidate is an individual who is passionate about the motorsports industry and excited to share that passion with our customers. A successful Sales Representative will deliver a customer service experience that creates a memorable and outstanding for each and every customer. Power World will train the right applicant and assist in licensing, but applicants with previous sales experience will be given priority. Integrity is an absolute must. Power World is annually one of the top Ski-Doo dealers in the State of Colorado and is a BRP platinum dealer. It’s important to us to hire the best people.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers arriving at the dealership
• Aid customers in their journey of finding the vehicle that fits their desires while building a lasting rapport
• Enhance the customer buying process by performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Supply customers with product performance and benefits
• Assist with lead generation through incoming calls, text, and email communications. Proactive follow-up with current and previous customers.
• Help customers be informed by preparing and emailing marking materials to clients in anticipation of scheduled appointments.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
• Strong customer service skills and sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone
• Ability to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Ability to listen and focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership sales
• Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
• Ready to hit the ground running and learn the ins and out’s of new products
• Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking.
• Have working knowledge of our manufacturer's model families.

Pay depends on experience and willingness to grow with a successful company. Typical range $45,000 - $65,000. Hours are Tuesday through Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
