Job Description:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in our Therapy/Rehab team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and creating personalized treatment plans to help individuals overcome communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified areas of need
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Clinical experience working with adults with communication and swallowing disorders
- Current licensure to practice as an SLP in the state of Washington
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule:
8 hour day shift, 7am start time
Scheduled Hours:
40 hours per week
