Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' communication and swallowing skills
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
* Provide education and support to patients and their families on effective communication and swallowing techniques
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Current licensure as an SLP in the state of Washington
* 2 years of experience working with adults and/or pediatrics
* Strong assessment and treatment skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
