Position Responsibilities :

Lead and manage rehabilitation services in your assigned accounts, ensuring coordination and communication among all stakeholders.

Support therapy staff in delivering high-quality rehab services, adhering to care plans, and maintaining efficient scheduling and documentation.

Conduct direct patient care as needed, prioritizing each patient's individual needs.

Maintain routine communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote ongoing referrals.

Facilitate referrals to other specialists and agencies to meet comprehensive patient needs.

Contribute to the professional development of staff in collaboration with licensed therapists and leadership.

Oversee the provision of evidence-based care and compliance with care standards and regulatory guidelines.

Manage the clinical affairs of the rehabilitation department, ensuring effective case management and quality improvement initiatives are executed.

Assist with clinical orientation and training for new staff members, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience.

Foster relationships with facility management teams, promoting Powerback Rehabilitation products and services.

Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Area Director to meet annual budgetary targets and manage financial controls.

Qualifications :

Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program per AOTA - ACOTE standards, or hold a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy with 5 years of relevant experience.

Possesses initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Ability to practice occupational therapy in accordance with state regulations and requirements.

Must hold an active occupational therapy license or be eligible for licensure in the applicable state.

Posted Salary Range : USD $50.00 - USD $50.00 / Hr.
