Bring your financial savvy to our team as a Revenue Cycle Specialist where you will manage and maintain your assigned nursing centers' Clinical Eligibility Medicaid Authorization tracking log to obtain valid authorizations for billing and collections to increase revenues. *Work closely with the Central Business Office (CBO) collectors and CBO supervisor to address denial issues related to Medicaid authorization.*Provide support to the nursing enters when issues arise with obtaining state required information needed for billing. *Liaise with nursing center staff to ensure verifications, authorizations, and documentation requirements meet payer requirements for clean claim submissions.Qualifications
* Experience with NM Medicaid Billing Preferred*Bachelor's degree or 4 years' experience in a Skilled Nursing Business Office, Medicaid eligibility, accounting, billing, or collections in healthcare environment. *Must have a working knowledge of Google sheets and Excel *Must enjoy working in a high volume, detailed, fast-past environment.Benefits
