This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Oxford, MI. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide rehabilitation services to patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. Daily tasks include assessing patient conditions, creating customized therapy programs, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring progress. You will also educate patients and their families about recovery plans and exercises to do at home.
- Knowledge and experience in rehabilitation techniques, patient assessment, and treatment plan development.
- Skills in conducting therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to provide patient education and support for home exercise programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR certification and experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
