Powered Control Systems has been serving the low voltage trade since 2005 with previous experience of 30 years. Our awesome team of highly skilled estimators, project managers, technicians, and office staff specialize in new construction and continued service for commercial properties across Utah and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking a full-time Fire Alarm / Access Control / Video Surveillance and other low voltage systems technician to help maintain current projects as well as all future projects with potential positional growth within the company.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include :

  • Installing and programming simple to complicated systems
  • Troubleshooting system faults
  • Customer system training
  • Servicing, cleaning, and adjusting equipment
  • Wire pulling and install
  • On-call weekends
  • Reading and understanding floor plans and blueprints

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Experience with technical systems
  • Above average computer skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Extremely high work ethic
  • Clean driving record
  • Passes background check
  • Social Skills
  • Works well with others
  • Professional in manners and appearance
  • Positive attitude
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Provide own basic hand tools and common equipment related to trade
  • Comfortable with ladder and lift work
  • Ability to work over-time and weekends
