Janitor Supervisor

Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff

-Assign tasks to staff and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner

-Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols

-Inspect work of employees to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained

- Address any issues or concerns raised by employees and provide guidance and support as needed

-Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure they are properly maintained

-Communicate with management about any building maintenance issues or potential improvements

-Maintain a clean and organized work environment

-Enforce company policies and procedures related to cleaning and safety protocols

-Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to employees

Qualifications:

-Attention to detail

- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues quickly

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

This role will require working closely with another employee, overseeing their work and ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the facility. The successful candidate will need to be proactive, organized, and have a strong work ethic to excel in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Physical Setting:

• Public school

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
