Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating leads, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive in prospecting, skilled in consultative selling, and effective in account management to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct outbound sales calls into the EU market (English-speaking).
- Make a minimum of 125 dials per day until a strong book of business is established.
- Execute sales strategies to generate new leads.
- Engage in cold calling and email campaigns to introduce products and services.
Sales Presentations & Consultations
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
Demo & Closing
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients for product demos.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Enter prospects into the CRM for consistent follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (targets to be determined).
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Provide post-sale support and address client concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in team meetings to stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Share best practices and discuss sales opportunities and challenges.
- Engage in training sessions and professional development activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Document client feedback and insights on product/service performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
