Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Inspect projects to ascertain installation, placement safety and compliance with job parameters
- Conduct live quality control to improve coaching and training possibilities for staff
- Conducts inspections before during and after projects
- Keep management informed about project progress and updates
- Complete inspection reports stating the conditions of a work area to ensure requirements are met and standards are followed
- Verify client specifications for project execution
- Complete documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities
- Comply with and ensure enforcement of all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
Must haves:
- Out of town/overnight travel ability
- Positive Attitude - We love happy employees!
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read/understand maps, drawings and diagrams for project build process
- Ability to take direction/willingness to learn
- Ability to work outside year round in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Experience:
- Experience in design techniques, tools and principles
- Production precision technical plans, blueprints drawings and models
- Experience in Aerial/UG/Fiber Construction
- Proficient in current computerized operations
