Job Summary
The Implementation Specialist, Energy Management, is responsible for managing and executing energy management system (EMS) projects for clients, ensuring their HVAC systems and other energy-related equipment are seamlessly integrated with the SiteSage and Open Kitchen platform. This role combines project management expertise with technical troubleshooting to deliver successful implementations and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Collaboration with HVAC professionals, distributors, and internal teams is key to driving operational success and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management : Oversee the implementation of energy management systems, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise : Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during the installation, configuration, and integration of HVAC systems and energy equipment with the SiteSage platform.
- Customer Coordination : Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing technical and logistical challenges related to EMS implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with HVAC contractors, distributors, and other external stakeholders to streamline project execution.
- Training and Documentation : Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to clients and technicians, ensuring effective use of the SiteSage platform.
- Reporting : Track project milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with sales, product development, and technical support teams to align on project and customer requirements.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance implementation processes and the overall customer experience.
- Travel : Up to 10% travel required to client sites and project locations.
