Job Summary :
The IoT Project Manager will oversee and manage connectivity projects for food service clients integrating their kitchen equipment with the Open Kitchen cloud platform. This role ensures that customers successfully activate their subscriptions, providing seamless support and coordination throughout the process. The IoT Project Manager will also work closely with Middleby's network of representatives, dealers, and distributors to drive customer success and ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end project timelines for clients connecting kitchen equipment to the Open Kitchen cloud platform.
- Ensure all new customers who purchase connectivity activate their subscription as part of project completion and receive guidance and training once onboarded to maximize value in the platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical and logistical challenges to achieve connectivity goals.
- Coordinate with Middleby reps, dealers, and distributors to facilitate project implementation and resolve any client-side roadblocks.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and key performance metrics.
- Provide training and support to clients on using the Open Kitchen platform effectively. Create training materials including documents, one-pagers, and video assets for use by customers and technicians.
- Regularly report on project progress, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to align on customer needs and expectations.
- Create or update training documentation and videos to enhance our ability to scale IoT support.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer onboarding experience.
- Up to 50% travel may be required for this position.
