As we expand our client base, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused National Sales Manager to join our team.
This is a remote position based in the Dallas, Texas area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner Enablement : Train and support channel partners on our connected platform and solutions to strengthen their sales capabilities.
- Channel Relationship Management : Serve as a central contact for technical and business inquiries, maintaining robust relationships with channel partners.
- Sales Support : Collaborate on joint customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposals to drive sales and revenue.
- Strategy Development : Work with internal teams to develop strategies for optimizing channel performance and expanding market share.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze partner performance, offering insights to enhance their success with our platform.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to meet partner needs swiftly and effectively.
- Technical Support : Assist partners in configuring and deploying systems, offering technical troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration.
- Travel : Travel 50% to support partners on-site with presentations, training, implementation, and troubleshooting as needed.
