Our Customer Service Representative team assists daily with our sales and account management teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and retention. Their communication is second to none and has a wildly optimistic attitude about interacting with people: both with customers, and other Customer Service Representatives, Sales Associates, and Clients. Responsibilities of our Customer Service Representative:
- Build and maintain a relationship with all assigned customers to help with the longevity of customer accounts
- Guide and process customer sales orders, based on their preferred needs and preferences
- Become a product and service expert and deliver consistent and confident messaging to inquires
- Assist in the record-keeping of all customer account information, sales transactions, and conversations regarding product and/or service inquiries
- Support and work cross-functionally with the Sales Department to support target goals and bolster the client’s sales pipeline
- Communicate effectively with the ability to develop relationships with both internal Customer Service Representatives, Sales Associates, Upper-Level Managers, and externally with customers and clients
Requirements and qualities we look for in our next Customer Service Representative:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is highly recommended
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
