Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for various projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process optimization and improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Senior Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Agile Scrum Participation: Actively engage in Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation in Confluence, and track project tasks in JIRA.
- Project Tracking: Use Airtable and Teams to track project progress and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
