Powerhouse Retail Services is a progressive company looking for high energy, positive people! Attention to detail, ability to work as a team and a positive attitude are a must! May require work in the evening or overnight. Must be able to travel extensively. Experience in Retail / Restaurant Construction environment preferred.
This is a hands-on position!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Basic understanding of reading floor plans.
Basic ability to understand the scope of work, estimate the time involved, and take initiative with fundamental scheduling changes to minimize cost and time.
Strong customer service skills.
Basic leadership ability / Manage construction crews in the installation of cabinetry, flooring and FF&E along with light construction.
Must be present on the jobsite as defined by program expectations.
Ensure blueprints and plans are followed precisely
Interface with local permitting authorities to ensure compliance.
Provide weekly photo and work completed reports to Powerhouse via web-based portal.
Ensure security / safety protocols are followed.
Ability to supervise up to 4 crews spread across a metro area in a given night.
Responsible for training crews and ensuring accurate and precise work.
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Willing to travel 100% across the U.S. and Canada as determined by the Project Manager.
