Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in construction (roofing experience preferred but not required), proven leadership abilities, and a structured approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an effective communicator, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring quality and efficiency. This role requires someone who can develop and improve systems and processes, lead teams, drive results, and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple roofing projects from start to finish.
• Lead, schedule, and coordinate crews to ensure efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold company standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop, document, and refine systems and processes to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability while delivering value to customers.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Identify and resolve challenges quickly and efficiently, always keeping customer needs in mind.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance overall performance and service quality.
• Participate in company-led humanitarian projects that give back to the community.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry (roofing preferred but not required).
• Prior leadership experience—this is not a first-time leadership role.
• Strong ability to create, document, and improve systems and processes.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Bilingual (Spanish required).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
