What YOU will do :
Sales & BD Support : Provide ongoing support, including lead management, RFPs, mapping requests, and research using tools like ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
Content Creation : Develop social media posts, blogs, ads, SEO content, and email campaigns.
Social Media Management : Schedule posts, monitor engagement, grow audiences, and manage comments.
Event Coordination : Prepare for tradeshows, webinars, and company events.
Strategy & Reporting : Track analytics, create reports, and collaborate on monthly marketing strategies.
Advertising & PR : Update recruitment ads, design banners, and identify public relations opportunities.
Website & SEO Updates : Maintain site content and implement SEO improvements.
New Hire Onboarding : Assist with onboarding for marketing and BD teams.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing, social media, and CRM management (Salesforce preferred).
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
