We are looking for Summer Interns to join our team!

The Summer Internship Program works in collaboration with Renovation Project Management, Exterior Services and Landscaping, and Facilities Management. All internships are geared towards helping you unlock your potential before graduation.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with correspondence to contractors and coworkers in the field.
- Learn how to source and qualify vendors
- Gain exposure to professional programs
- Schedule meetings for team members to ensure project timelines are being met.
- Ship t-shirts and ID badges to employees in the field as requested.
- Check in contractors on the project site to insure they are on time and have all materials to complete their work.
- Act as the contact person in the office for the project team for obtaining documents, contact information and general project related information as needed.
- Quality assurance through various sources
- Confirm and enter data into tracking spreadsheet to ensure compliance with Scope of Work
- Other duties as assigned
