What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Analyst position at Powerplay Retail™?
We are growing and adding an Revenue Analyst to our Accounting team! The Revenue Analyst will primarily support the Rep department and is responsible for invoices to clients, budget reporting, reconciliation of invoices, checks and wires. This position is also responsible for generating, updating and accuracy of reports relevant to the accounting and operations functions of vendors.

We are an in-house retail media agency, providing our brands with comprehensive advertising services (DSP, PPC, etc) to accelerate growth. Who you are:
You are highly organized and known to be detail-oriented. Your strong communication skills allow you to build positive relationships with clients while effectively resolving billing discrepancies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can mange invoices, reconcile accounts and ensure timely collections. You take ownership of your responsibilities, are passionate about maintaining financial accuracy and want to work with a team of professionals who get stuff done!
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure that shipment invoices are reflected accurately in Powerplay systems.
- Analyze payments to invoices, deductions and vendor reports to ensure accuracy and resolve billing issues.
- Creation and deployment of customer invoices monthly.
- Creation of shipment and POS monthly reporting for customers and manufacturers.
- Update company report to reflect month end numbers.
- Responsible for reconciling wires, ACH’s, and checks using EDI data and EDI software tracking systems.
- Responsible for maintenance of the Master Vendor List and Partners for Review list ensuring vendors are designated correctly.
- Creation of AdHoc reports as requested.
- Maintain relationships with brands and collaborate internally with numerous departments.
- Provide assistance to finance team with month-end close duties including updating shipment forecasts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent years’ experience
- Prior experience in accounting, billing or similar
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to read and analyze financial reports
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
