Our Marketing team is looking for a Sr. Retail Media Strategist to take our Amazon advertising campaigns to the next level! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of strategizing, implementing, and optimizing high-impact paid media campaigns that drive real results. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making and campaign execution will help maximize performance, while your ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams ensures seamless communication and success. Who you are :

You’re a marketing pro with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of Amazon Advertising platforms. Data is your best friend—you know how to crunch the numbers, optimize campaigns, and turn insights into real results. Fast-paced environments don’t scare you; in fact, you thrive on juggling multiple priorities while keeping everything running smoothly. You’re proactive, passionate about digital advertising, and always looking for ways to level up performance. Most importantly, you want to be part of a team that gets stuff done and has fun doing it!

Responsibilities include :

  • Develop and execute Amazon advertising strategies tailored to client objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create and optimize campaigns across various Amazon platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, adjusting strategies based on performance insights.
  • Continuously optimize campaign targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to ensure top performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and delivering regular performance updates.
  • Communicate campaign performance to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, and account management) to develop comprehensive strategies and execute campaigns.
  • Provide in-depth reporting on campaign performance, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Share regular reports on key performance metrics with clients, ensuring clear communication on campaign outcomes.
  • Track competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead of the curve and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date on Amazon’s advertising features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Proactively recommend new tools, tactics, and innovations to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience with Amazon Advertising or digital marketing, required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP).
  • Experience in data analysis and campaign optimization to improve performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution of campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs
