Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee and manage our crushing gravel pit. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crushing of aggregate, project management, and construction processes. Experience in MSHA compliance.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily crushing of aggregate.
- Ensure adherence to MSHA all health and safety standards and report issues
- Supervise and train workers.
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Implement best practices and procedures for maximum efficiency
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of aggregate crushing and MSHA guidelines.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
