Position: Financial Analyst - Clinic
Location: St. John, IN
Job Summary:
Perform various analyzes to assist Director of Finance, Department Management, and General Accounting in maintaining best practice standards and workflows between Patient Accounting and General Accounting. Develop and monitor reports to assess quality, standardization and compliance of department work performed.
Education/Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required
- 1 - 3 years of accounting or finance experience required
- Knowledge of general accounting preferred
- Experience with analytical report writing preferred
- EPIC and PeopleSoft experience preferred
- Advanced level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and other computer system applications
- PowerPoint and other applications are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, organization and analytical skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task while working in a collaborative, team environment with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work under deadlines
