POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Director of Imaging Services and/or Supervisor, and the clinical direction of the Radiology Medical Director, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform diagnostic procedures at a technical level as outlined in the Department Policy and Procedure Manuals, as well as related patient services and clerical duties.
Supports the
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate or Bachelors degree from an accredited nuclear medicine training program is required.
- Certification by the NMTCB or ARRT is required. Continuing education credits consistent to remain licensed by the accredited bodies mentioned.
- License with the State of Indiana for nuclear medicine is required.
- Maintain CPR certification.
