PEDIATRIC SPEECH THERAPIST
FULL TIME - CROWN POINT AND HOBART LOCATIONS
SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE
Provides direct patient care. Develops plans that meet the functional, physical and education needs of the patient. Observes response to treatment, documents and adjusts treatment for the quality provisions of care. Suggests areas of departmental and personal improvements related to therapy area. Participates in QM program and attains required and procedural competencies. Education/Experience: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology. Certification of Clinical competencies or eligible for CFY. Licensed to practice in Indiana.
