Essential Functions:
As a Content Strategist, your primary responsibility is to develop, implement, and manage content marketing strategies that effectively engage target audiences and support our brand’s objectives. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, relevant content across various channels, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.


Position Summary
We are a dynamic, growth-oriented organization representing multiple brands with a focus on authenticity, impact, and professional excellence. The Content Strategist will lead the creation of compelling content that aligns with our marketing and SEO goals, manage content distribution, support our team in earning recognition, and utilize analytics to refine strategies. Your role is crucial in shaping our brand presence across social media platforms, internal communications, and external content channels. We offer a hybrid work arrangement after 6 months of in-office training.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing plans that align with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, website, social media (e.g., LinkedIn articles, Facebook posts), and email newsletters.
  • Write, edit, and publish blog posts with a focus on SEO best practices (keyword research, internal linking, meta descriptions, etc.)
  • Conduct thorough research and collaborate with internal subject matter experts for thought leadership content.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content that supports marketing campaigns and engagement objectives.
  • Collaborate with design team to produce multimedia content (e.g., video tutorials, interactive graphics) and optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new content formats to keep our content strategy innovative and effective.
  • Engage with the audience through comments, feedback, and surveys on platforms like Google, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in content marketing or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful content initiatives, including graphic design and video editing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and formats.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
