The recruiter role is a part time day position. Will be up to 20 hours a week.
Hourly pay rate: $17.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

- Manage job boards and postings for all internal positions
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
- Conduct and set-up candidate phone screens, phone interviews and on-site interviews for all departments
- Complete background checks
- Negotiating compensation packages and extending job offers to selected candidates
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of: Principles and practices of HR management and compliance
- Successful previous experience in the on-boarding process, job boards and HR compliance
- Exhibited ability to communicate, present and influence employees at all levels of the organization
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrated skills including active listening, meticulous attention to detail and organization and making sound decisions
- Self-directed
