What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Day Porter - Brighton position at Powers Maintenance Services LLC?
This is for a part day time position. Shift is 3 hours a day from 8:00am - 11:00am.
**SCHEDULED DAYS CHANGES MONTHLY**
Off Season = Jan & Feb - NO Cleaning Required
March, Nov. & Dec = 3 days a week, Th, Sa, Su
Apr & Oct = 4 days a week, W, F, Sa, Su
May thru Sept = 5 days a week ,W, Th, F, Sa, Su
Hourly pay rate: $16.00/hr (biweekly pay)

Responsibilities:
- Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
- Using various cleaning chemicals
- Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
- Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
- Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
- Clean and detail to customers satisfaction, following closely to scope of work expected.
- Clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
- Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Cleaning duties are, but not limited to:
- Basic commercial cleaning
- Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
- Detailing
- Dusting and wet wiping
- Trash removal
- Bathroom cleaning
- Supply stocking
Basic Qualifications:
- High School and/or GED is encouraged
- Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
