Now we’re looking for a Production Liaison to help us keep jobs on track and customers in the loop. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero that gets every project ready to roll.

🔨 Your Role Includes:

✅ Scheduling signed proposals & locking in start dates

✅ Confirming prep details, timelines, and paint colors with customers

✅ Ordering and tracking paint and materials

✅ Making sure every job is entered and organized in our system

✅ Supporting with leads & estimate scheduling when needed

✅ Passing the baton to our production team with confidence

👀 We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 1 year of experience in admin, scheduling, or customer service
• Is a natural communicator—kind, clear, and confident
• Can juggle multiple tasks and stay organized without stress
• Is tech-savvy and ready to learn our systems (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Can work on-site in Plainfield, IL, Monday–Friday
• (Bonus) Has experience in painting, construction, or trades
