Snow Plow Operator/ Skid Steer Operator
Powers Property Management is looking for Snow plow drivers and skid steer operators to join our team for this winter season. Previous experience plowing snow in a truck or skid steer, for a minimum of two years, is required. For this position team members are expected to be on call 24/7 from now - April during snow fall/ice storms. You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. This is a labor intensive job, long hours, heavy lifting and bending is involved. Pay will be discussed and is based on experience!
You may be required to snow blow / shovel sidewalks during working hours. This is a requirement of the job - we are a team and we all help out where needed.
Job duties:
- Removing snow from commercial properties as well as residential properties with the use of snow plow trucks, skid steer, tool cat, and small tractors.
- Removing ice and applying salt where necessary
- Reading and interpreting maps and route sheets to provide accurate service.
- Working independently, but communicating with the supervisor by phone as needed.
- Lifting, moving, pushing 50 lbs.
- Keep trucks/equipment clean and orderly.

- Show up on time and remain on jobsite until job is complete to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
