Senior Maintenance Technician Job Requirements
">At PowerSecure, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to lead junior technicians and ensure efficient production.

Responsibilities:
">- Ensure all facility preventive maintenance is completed to standard within scheduled timelines.
- Lead and train junior technicians in performing skilled mechanical maintenance work.
- Disassemble, select repair procedure, order parts as needed, and repair or replace worn or defective parts using hand and power tools.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits up to 480 volts, A/C.
- Complete continuing education, E-learning, classroom, and OJT requirements.
- Enforce a safe workplace and promote a culture of teamwork.
- Complete routine checks and inspection of equipment and report problems to the Supervisor.
Requirements:
">- High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred related degree from a technical college.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient in the use of common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Certified forklift operator.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various production and building equipment.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments and electrical testing devices.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Ability to operate within and adhere to general plant rules and policies governing workplace performance and Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures.
