Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative at PowerShades, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, assisting regional managers, and closing sales all while providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader in the growing smart home and automation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Educate potential customers about our products, features, and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
- Provide quotes, product recommendations, and support throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the customer support and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Help to meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and progress in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- A passion for smart home technology or the home improvement industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
