Powersports Nation is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Salvage Department. The Teardown Technician plays a vital role in our organization and is responsible for properly disassembling ATVs and UTVs in order to provide our customers with the highest-quality parts. We are seeking a hardworking, driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment in order to meet production quotas each week. This individual must have a high-mechanical aptitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be self-motivated. Must be able to meet increasing production goals. Production is everything in our industry so this individual must be able to work a consistent 45-hour work week. We offer great hours (M-THU 7-6pm, F 7-Noon) NO WEEKENDS! Mandatory drug test upon hire.
Pay: $16.50 Hourly Base Pay, plus Performance-Based Bonus Structure that can reach up to $22.50 per hour based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble salvaged ATVs and UTVs to the frame
- Identify products while removing the machine
- Power wash machines before disassembling
- Diagnose basic issues with machines before disassembling
- Properly dispose of various chemicals
- Properly document discarded parts
- Record machine mileage, hours, and basic statistical information
Requirements:
- Must have a high-mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to follow safety protocols
- Must have own tools or be willing to purchase required tools
- Must have full range of motion and be able to work in unorthodox positions
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs in a team lift
- Clear communication with other technicians who inspect our products
- Be able to work standing for 8 hours
- Be able to work a consistent 45-hour work week
