What are the responsibilities and job description for the Online Parts Sales position at PowerSportsNation?
Powersports Nation is looking for someone to join our online parts sales team to sell used and rebuilt products to the greatest customers in the world! This individual must have a strong level of self motivation, strong communication, and computer skills. This job requires you to complete online sales, answer sales calls, respond to online messages, assist walk-in customers, direct calls to the appropriate department or employee, and process returns. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts and customer service. Powersports knowledge is a plus. We offer great hours! You will work 40 hours a week with hours varying during normal department hours: 7AM-6PM Monday through Thursday, 7AM-5PM Friday. Pay is based on experience, and we are willing to train and develop the right individual. Our Online Parts Sales team is looking for a person that is dedicated and reliable. Mandatory drug test at hire. Bilingual a plus but not required.
Pay: $15-$20 Per Hour, DOE

Responsibilities:
- Answer Phone Calls
- Answer Online Messages
- Assist Customers with issues and orders
- Multitask between a multitude of different programs
- Assist Walk-in Customers
Requirements:
- Must have strong computer skills (ability to type at least 32 WPM)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic mechanical knowledge/aptitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service required
- Ability to work a consistent 40-hours a week
