Responsibilities :
- Ability to use basic computer programs and answer customer phone calls
- Respond to customer parts needs though the processing of sales orders
- Work closely with service department to facilitate customer parts needs
- Support processing of system orders from the sales team
- Work with other departments to ensure orders have the needed support documentation
- Prepare Weekly / Monthly Reports as necessary
- Manage parts returns and warranties
- Maintain accurate inventory of Parts Kits
- Ability to lift light to medium weight objects and pull parts from shelves, some bending, stooping, and reaching required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Education and Experience Requirements :
High School graduate or equivalent
3 years’ experience as a Parts Specialist or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience shipping, receiving, and inventory management
Familiarity in working with ERP and CRM Systems
