We are looking for a dedicated Construction Site Leader to join our team at Powerwell. As a site leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction site staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5 years of experience in construction site management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software
