About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our client’s customers, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional support. Your role will include:
- Managing incoming customer requests via phone, fax, and email.
- Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries per customer schedules (within 24 hours of receipt).
- Providing timely and proactive updates to customers (within 24 hours of inquiry).
- Handling emergency shipments as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
