We are seeking a highly driven, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a demanding and dynamic role that requires a high level of energy, commitment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling day-to-day correspondence. You will ensure that the CEO's time is optimized and all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
- Operational Assistance: Play a key role in assisting with day-to-day operations across various departments. You will support marketing, sales, and operations initiatives, providing insight and administrative help to ensure smooth execution of projects and strategies.
- Project Management: Help manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and that all deliverables meet the CEO's expectations. You'll be tasked with overseeing projects from start to finish, tracking progress, and ensuring key milestones are met.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Travel Arrangements: Handle all travel logistics for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. You will also accompany the CEO on business trips when necessary, both in-state and out-of-state, to provide direct support.
