About the Position
We are seeking a seasoned MEP Operations Manager to lead our project teams at Powerwell. As an operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our MEP projects, from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with project managers and estimators to ensure seamless project execution
- Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10 years of experience in heavy industrial project management
- Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and trades
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software
