JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Real Estate Finance Associate with 3 years of experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a combination of several of the following areas is a must:
- Joint ventures.
- Commercial financing.
- Private placements/capital raises.
- Taxation and tax structuring.
- Leases.
- Easements.
- Construction.
- Property management agreements.
- Land use or development.
Enthusiasm for and experience in a combination of state and federal tax credits and incentives (e.g., opportunity zones, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, tax increment financing, PACE and/or payments in lieu of taxes structures) is a plus.
