What You’ll Do:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals while collaborating with other disciplines.
- Project Management: Manage and design multiple concurrent projects, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with clients, providing expert consulting services and developing technical proposals.
- Innovation: Utilize your expertise to design and oversee complex systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
- Business Development: Play a proactive role in marketing and growing the business, leveraging your skills to create impactful proposals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Certification: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in engineering, with hands-on experience in HVAC and plumbing systems design, project management, and leading design teams.
- Skills: Proficient in REVIT, CAD, Load Calculation Software, and familiar with relevant codes (mechanical, energy, plumbing). Energy modeling experience is a plus.
- Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to lead inter-disciplinary projects.
