Summary:
The Sales Ops Analyst plays a key role in supporting sales operations, data analytics, and process optimization within the organization. This position is responsible for managing and analyzing sales and business data, maintaining CRM systems, and assisting with the development of sales pipeline and sales forecast reports and dashboards that provide meaningful and actionable insights that drive strategic and informed decision-making. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and accuracy, to ensure data integrity, and enhance reporting capabilities.
This position offers an opportunity to grow into a subject matter expert in sales analytics, CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) while contributing to the success of the sales operations team.
Job Details:
- Data Management & Analysis: Analyze and manage business and sales data using Excel, Power BI, and CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Reporting & Dashboards: Assist with development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track sales trends and business performance
- CRM Maintenance: Assist in managing CRM (NetSuite) system, ensuring accurate data entry and process alignment
- Process Optimization: Support efforts to automate sales processes, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance data integrity
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, strategic pricing and sales operations teams to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Ad-Hoc Analysis & Support: Provide analytical support and insights for ad-hoc business questions, projects, and operational improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (or relevant work experience)
- 2 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) system is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in business and sales analytics

Compensation for this position is commensurate with location, experience and relevant skills. The national Average Base Salary Range is $66,000-$88,000. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and personal performance.
