As a key member of our Production Team, the Electrical Technician (MAX Builds) will be responsible for overseeing the entire build process of the Max units, from initial mechanical and electrical installation to finalization. This includes installing components such as batteries and inverters and ensuring that all electrical systems are properly integrated and fully operational. This position demands a high level of electrical knowledge and skill, representing the highest level of expertise within our production team.

Potential growth opportunities: Production Supervisor, Quality Technician, Service Technician, Engineering Design.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Unit Assembly: Ensure the proper wiring and installation of mechanical and electrical systems in Max units, adhering to established quality and safety standards.
  • Safety: Ensure safe practices are followed by understanding risks, wearing appropriate PPE, following procedures (LOTO, OSHA), and reporting hazards.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to verify that all electrical components meet quality and safety standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including schematics, diagrams, and installation logs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems within the Max units.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient Electrical Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems, including the ability to read and interpret engineering schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar electrical role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Certifications: Electrical certifications and licenses are a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to quality and precision.
  • Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
