Summary
The On-Call Staffing Coordinator role is responsible for providing a smooth transition from after hours to office hours. The On-Call Staffing Coordinator is responsible for finding replacement caregivers when caregivers call off after hours, managing time and attendance, and updating clients and caregivers after hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond to after-hour phone calls
- Coordinate coverage for requested shifts or changes in shifts
- Update schedule accordingly with adjustments
- Prepare the staffing report at end of call shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
