Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
Skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Proficient in office management practices and administrative procedures.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not required.
