The Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) Tour is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transactional Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and vendor agreements to support the organization’s business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with outside counsel to manage high-level projects and ensure legal compliance across all aspects of the business.
- Protect the organization’s intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements.
- Manage and negotiate SaaS agreements and other technology-related contracts to support the company’s digital initiatives.
- Develop and implement legal strategies that align with the organization’s goals and priorities.
