Job Description
We are seeking an experienced in-house graphic artist to join our team at PPC Flex. The successful candidate will be responsible for reproducing or manipulating prepress graphics, design, and layout work in compliance with job specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout artwork in compliance with job specifications
- Create and check plate files for flexo printing
- Work under high-pressure to meet fast deadlines
- Organize and track assigned jobs
- Communicate with customers as needed about art issues
- Understand line screens and hybrid screens
- Color-Correct and Optimize Images
- Printing Contract Proofs and Mock-Ups
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (CC) and Photoshop
- Ability to work on a Mac computer
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
