About the Job:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Design and Production Specialist to join our team at PPC Flex. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry and contribute to the success of our production department.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality artwork for various products
- Create and check plate files for flexo printing
- Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth communication
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and production schedules
- Perform color separations, trapping, and stepping-out art
- Understand line screens and hybrid screens
- Color-correct and optimize images
- Produce contract proofs and mock-ups
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience with prepress and print production software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's Degree required; one to three years of experience in design and/or graphics-related roles
