Job Summary

Duties

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is up-to-date within the hospital systems.
- Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff to enhance patient service.
- Prepare examination rooms and assist during procedures in the Operating Room (OR) as needed.
- Support the healthcare team in managing patient flow, especially in urgent care settings.
- Participate in training sessions related to hospital medicine and trauma care protocols, including Level I and Level II Trauma Center standards.
- Uphold safety protocols and infection control measures while interacting with patients.
